Ever think to yourself that perhaps you should experience the benefits of taking fish oil? That identical idea has occurred to a lot of people. Some have in fact tried it. Some never did their homework to obtain additional info and so never knew enough to generate a serious start.
Let’s not get stuck within the negatives before we even start here. It’s time to get analytical here. Let’s take a look at the for and against register on how we could experience the benefits of taking fish oil and consider them one by one.
First of all, on the “Pro” side, I might point out that this can really help you to keep your body’s inflammation levels down. Okay, I acknowledge your objection, for the “Con” side, and I agree that you have a valid point as you say that inflammation is needed as part of the body’s defense system. But I would like to additionally mention that because of the amount of omega 6 we consume, which creates inflammation, then inflammatory illnesses are on the increase; this is why we need to boost our omega 3 intake to get the ratio right in our diet.
Secondly, you truly should consider that the DHA fat found on the omega 3 can help bring down triglyceride levels which will also help lower bad cholesterol levels. And, in addition to that, it also helps to bring down high blood pressure Plus, better still, it reduces the amount of plaque in the blood so making you less likely to suffer from heart illness.
And Third, you will get to nourish your brain with the food it needs to work properly. Which means you have good memory and concentration levels. And on top of that, you protect yourself from conditions such as severe mood swings, anxiety and depression!
When you think about the reasons and evaluate them, I expect that you’ll have to admit that a compelling case can be made for thinking about why you should experience the benefits of taking fish oil.
So now, think about this a couple of minutes. A great case has been made in favor. Maybe, just maybe, you actually should experience the benefits of taking fish oil!

This has been a good month for South African Sport. First they hosted with absolute success the first World Cup to ever be held on the African continent. Even though they became the first host team not to make it pass the first round, the South Africans, who once had been banned from international sports because of their apartheid policy, managed to put on a well-organized and incident-free World Cup. If you are not much into soccer, then imagine a month-long Super Bowl, and that might just barely give you an idea of the logistics and planning that must go into hosting a World Cup.
But that is not all South Africa should be happy about. This weekend, and despite the many critics who believed that he would not be able to deal with the pressure, Louis Oosthuizen won the British Open Championship at the legendary greens of St. Andrews. This is the best performance ever by the 27-year-old player that had to struggle greatly to win over both economic and athletic hardships in order to get to the top of the sport.
Oosthuizen had missed the cut in seven of his previous eight major championships. But he managed to have a great game in the restless winds of the Open Championship at St. Andrews. Many players stumbled upon the climatic conditions, and there were important changes in the scoreboards. And yet, it was a painful and extenuating final 4th round at the Royal and Ancient Golf Club at St. Andrews.
Here is the thing. If you are a big time fan of action sports like basketball and football or soccer, it is very hard to really get excited about golf. It’s a whole different sort of game. Its slow and meticulous and it borders more with frustration and managing your stress then with die-hard physical outpour. Sure it starts with the first tee, and what not. But when even the sports commentators (that is guys and gals who make a living from making golf exciting and thrilling) tell you that this is a very boring and plain game, then one can understand that Oosthuizen win at St. Andrews, was not much but an amazing upset to the golf betting odds.
Sure Casey and came in close towards the end. But Sunday was one of the most boring days in golf because nothing happened. Tiger Woods made four outfit changes and used two different putters. But despite his attempt at a last minute makeover, not much happened in terms of golf. Many were expecting woods to make a big comeback at St. Andrews. He has won here twice. But the Tiger is still to make it pass by the house cat stage. Just for the record, he has played 7 major championships and has yet to win one since his comeback.
Phil Mickelson was turned off during the whole thing. But let’s face it, not many people were expecting Phil to do much at the Open. This is the tournament that has troubled him mostly. One top 10 finish in 17 tries is not a record to be too proud of. Paul Casey and Lee Westwood never really made a move to break down the difference for the South African. They had their chance. But nothing happened. Except, one thing happened. The guys you least expected made his move and won his first major championship. That is the Open at St. Andrews, that’s right, where they invented the sport.

Golf success comes with practice, of course. Getting that swing just right, holding that club properly, knowing how hard to swipe the ball in any given situation – it all adds up to golf success if you can get it right more often than not. Tiger Woods was a tender eight years old when he hit his first hole in one. Was it a fluke? No, it was the result of someone who went on to have incredible golf success. You may not reach the dizzy heights of Tiger Woods, but you can have your own level of golf success with the right attitude to the game.
There must be thousands of books written about golf, about how to get that swing right, how to grip that club right, and about how to be a better golfer. These type of books sell well for there are and always will be millions of bad golfers who secretly want to be better golfers. They practice hard, but it makes little difference. They still play bad. That’s why they turn to books, videos, DVD’s and whatever else is available that promises to make them better on the green.
Every golfer should of course concentrate on their game if they hope to improve substantially. But great golfers go beyond the physical training. They train mentally too. It has been shown time and time again that the subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between something real and something imagined. This is where mental training can really improve your game and give you some real golf success.
The best golfers visualise their difficult shots. If they have difficulty playing a particular course they will go over it in their own mind before the match and succeed mentally. That prepares the way for the physical success that can follow. Unfortunately, many bad golfers consider this approach to be mumbo jumbo, superstition, or just downright stupidity. They are the ones who never know golf success.
All the great golfers tap into the mental training process that gives them that extra edge. They visualise themselves winning, over and over again, until it becomes inevitable that they do. Thoughts are things. Science is increasingly telling us that it’s so. It isn’t just golf, of course that benefits. All kinds of athletes train mentally, as well as people doing all kinds of things. They do it because it works! Don’t underestimate the power of mental training. It can lead to real golf success every time.

Golf has always been a popular sport among many different people. It is often associated with executive businessmen and while it is true that golf is a particularly popular choice with many businessmen, it is also popular in other walks of life. There are a number of good reasons to take up golf but the only real way to find out if it is a good choice for you is to give it a go. You should be able to borrow or rent some golf clubs in order to play a couple of rounds of golf because a set of clubs (Callaway FT-IQ Driver) can prove fairly expensive if you only use them a couple of times before putting them in the attic.
Golf is a healthy sport. As well as getting you out in the fresh air it also exercises the heart, the lungs and many muscles when you are walking round the course. It may not seem much, but playing a round of golf every week is a very good way of helping to prevent heart disease and other illnesses.
Golf can be a good way to socialize. Visiting the clubhouse after a round of golf gives you the opportunity to meet new people and chat to friends about how your round went and your life in general. As another aspect of this, it also gives you the opportunity to network if you are a businessman.
The modern golf game with Titleist 909 D3 Driver is centered around perfect shots, scientific practice and ability. Gone are the days of wearing plus fours and cloth caps and in are the days of larger heads, metal woods and graphite shafts. While talent and ability are obviously the most important factors, there is certainly a lot of equipment around that claims to improve different aspects of your game.

Why not take golf instructions? And while you are at it why not take golf instructions from a professional golf instructor? See yourself mastering the game of golf!
The other day I was listening to a program about acting, and I entered the middle of the interview where the emcee asked, what made you two actors exceptionally suitable for the roles that made it seem so natural and real to make the story line become so realistic to the audience? And do you improvise the script or memorize it?
They not only answered the questions pertaining to their acting abilities but to other accomplished and successful actors who share the same educational background of formal classical training in theatre and stage. They validated that education and training are valuable.
And if you research an outstanding and excellent golfer the same will be discovered. The took lessons from professional golf instructors. The golf instructors can be found wherever you play golf. Do not hesitate to attend their classes. When playing on the golf course ask the golf instructor for an evaluation of your golf swing and other areas that need improvement.
There are pros and cons as to learning with video instructions. You will discover that there is much to be learned from the video. One tremendous advantage is being able to replay and listen to the instructor until you truly understand the instruction.
I had an experience in a teaching situation where a few blind people had attended the class. I discovered that the blind people were following my instructions directly and those who could see kept asking me to repeat what I was demonstrating. I learned a very valuable lesson that day. Visual people do not listen.
Likewise, when viewing a video, regardless of the subject matter, listen. The instructor is telling you what to do, but your visual intake is distracting you from the words.
Why take golf instruction? Here is a checklist:
1. Learn basics of golf correctly.
2. Learn about the golf game.
3. Learn about golf equipment.
4. Become familiar with golf terminology.
5. Learn how each type of golf club is to be utilized.
6. Learn to hold different types of golf clubs.
7. Learn how to hit the golf ball a greater distance.
8. Learn how to improve your golf swings, pitching, chipping, driving, takeaway, downswing, and others.
9. Learn about fitness, stance, posture, and other biomechanics.
10. Become familiar with golf drills and other practice methods.
11. Learn how to shave strokes off your score.
12. Learn timing, eye positioning, and focusing.
13. Learn how to be still and quiet to maintain control.
14. Learn how to correct your mistakes.
15. Learn to be more consistent.
An instructor of golf will help you to learn this checklist in a matter of days. It would take you months trying to learn by trial and error. I am sure you know it would be more expensive in time, money, and frustration. Be kind to yourself.
Make your life easier by taking professional golf instruction. Visit the hobby page of Tricia Deed at http://www.Infotrish.vpweb.com/ and review the GolfSwing Book which will take your game to the next level.

Tap Here To Watch The Video On How To Practice Your Weight Shift.
(Golf tip based on the techniques learned in the Simple Golf Swing)
Bobby Eldridge – head pro for PurePointGolf.com – shows you how to practice your weight shift and produce a much more consistent golf swing.
It is absolutley critical to learn the feel of a proper weight shift if you want more distance and consistency in your golf swing.
The truth is the most common fault amatuer golfers have with their driver is slicing.
The core belief in the Simple Golf Swing System is the ability to swing around a stable spine and make the proper weight shift giving you a powerful and consistent golf swing.
By swinging around a stable spine you set yourself up to make a nice weight shift, it’s almost impossible not to! You will coil up like a cobra – just let the the natural laws of physics to happen and the downswing will happen automatically – just let it happen.
The result – a powerful explosion through the ball at impact.
Golfers who slice the ball usually have a lot of sway in their backswing so they start the downswing by lunging at the ball with their shoulders, this is a classic slice move.
You must start the downswing with a bump of your hips – the proper weight shift allows you to do this.
Watch Bobby Eldridge show you in this video how this slicing fault is made in the golf swing and how to fix it.
Play well.
