Celebrity Couples Cheating Dish

Posted by admin on 4 Marzo 2010

Check out Dish Network for the latest scoop on your favorite celebrity couples with MTV, VH1 and E! Entertainment Television! Is money the root of all evil? It certainly seems like it with cases such as Tiger Woods’. Is it the money, the person’s need to fulfill something inside of them that’s missing, or could it be a combination of many things that turn so many millionaires into cheaters? Perhaps there is an addiction to getting whatever you want, whenever you want it that completely destroys every ounce of your inhibitions. Maybe we just notice this more with celebrities because their personal lives are always in the limelight.

This is not to say that every superstar is a cheater because many are able to maintain monogamous relationships. Here’s a list of celebrity cheaters and those who at least appear to be involved in healthy relationships…CHEATERSTiger Woods cheated on his wife Elin Nordegren- We’re all well aware of this story!Tiger: “Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn’t have to mean public confessions…I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves.”David Duchovny cheated on his wife Tea Leoni for years and is a sex addict.David: “I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family.”Josh Duhamel has been accused of cheating on his wife Fergie by stripper Nicole Forrester who claimed to have a one-night-stand with the Transformers actor.

He of course denied the claim and Fergie believes him.Jude Law cheated on Sienna Miller with his children’s nanny while engaged in 2005. They separated in 2006. Jude: “I am deeply ashamed”.Halle Berry married Eric Bennet who was also treated for “sex addiction” but she ditched him after he cheated on her. Finally- someone with a backbone!Ethan Hawk cheated on Uma Therman with their children’s nanny. Uma took off as quick as Halle. Go girls!P-Diddy had a kid with someone else in 2007 while in a relationship with Kim Porter.Ryan Phillipe cheated on Reese Witherspoon with fellow actor Abbie Cornish who he is still dating.Laura Dern was cheated on by Billy Bob Thornton who left her for Angelina Jolie. “I left our home to go and make a movie, and while I was away my boyfriend got married, and I never heard from him again”, Dern said.Brad Pitt cheated on Jennifer Aniston with Angelina Jolie. This story was plastered everywhere at the time.

Angelina has hopefully changed her man-stealing ways and put that energy into raising her slew of children. She better hope that Brad doesn’t turn the tables on her leaving their Braddy bunch behind.Have you noticed that there are few quotes from the person who was cheated on? Why do celebs ask for privacy for their family once they’ve been caught cheating as if the cheater didn’t already publicly embarrass the family? Here are some celebs who decided to break the mold and show the world that some superstars still have morals…1. Barack and Michelle Obama. The First Lady: “…If somebody can come between us, we didn’t have much to begin with.”2. Pierce Brosnan and Keely Shaye Smith.Brosnan: “I love romance: I bring Keely breakfast in bed on a tray with a single flower from our garden. I did that when we first started dating, and I still do it.”3. Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas.Griffith: “Let him know you’re happy: I smile whenever I see him. He always knows how thrilled I am that he’s there with me.”4. Faith Hill and Tim McGraw.Hill: “You can’t sit back. My husband and I have made the choice that our marriage is the most important thing to us.

We respect what we have and understand how we need to feed it.”5. Courtney Cox and David Arquette.Cox: “A deal is a deal. To me that says it all. Marriage is for keeps.”6. Ellen Degeneres and Portia DiRossi.Ellen: “It feels like you’re home. There’s an anchor, there’s a safety. I’m going to be with her until the day I die and I know that.”7. Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.Smith: “Families are like a business. The key is one person having a vision of what it needs to be and being able to pull everyone together. That’s Jada for sure.”8. Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.Goldie: “I think the secret is to know when to depend on somebody and when not to. It’s important that you are able to hold up your side of the house.

I believe that one person can’t bear the whole burden because then their shoulders start getting heavy. The other part is to stay as sexy as you can and make sure you focus on all of those aspects of a healthy relationship — and sexuality is definitely one of them.”9. Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have been together since 1998 and are going strong. They are planning an April wedding at their estate in France and will only be inviting close friends and family members. Tim Burton will be Depp’s Best Man. Burton is the director of Edward Scissor Hands and a few other movies starring Depp.10. Anne Bancroft and Mel Brooks were together for 41 years before she was struck ill with ovarian cancer back in 2004.

Stretching For Golf: Improve That Swing!

Posted by admin on 25 Febrero 2010

News flash for all you golfers out there: if you don’t do any stretching for golf then you should start asap! Learn here why it’s important, how it can improve your playing techniques, and how to do it properly. My good friend has been playing golf for quite some time, and he never thought that stretching has anyhting to do with this sport. Recently he began playing with a more advanced golfer who showed him some stretches; these simple warm-ups have improved his game tremendously. He now spends about 15-20 minutes practicing these stretching techniques prior to his games, simple as that!

Why stretch before golfing? It’s important to learn these stretching techniques because they can actually increase your power and your range of motion. They can do this by loosening up those stiff muscles prior to playing a game. But perhaps most importantly, it can prevent those annoying golf injuries that so many players have to face on a regular basis. Sounds good, right? Read on!

The following techniques are dynamic stretching routines, meaning that they are used as a warm-up and help decrease muscle stiffness. You should start this warm-up 15-20min before your game begins, so begin it after changing and gathering your equipment. Another routine form is called static stretching. This increases your flexibility but it can actually impede your performance- thus I don’t think most of you are interested in learning this technique… However, feel free to incorporate some static stretches after your golf game.

Dynamic Stretching Routine:

1. Walking : Just take a vigorous walk (for about 3-5min.) to and from the locker, or anywhere most comfortable.

2. Supported Squats: Hold a short club over your head with your hands at each end, and keep your arms straight. Squat down until it looks as if you’re sitting on an imaginary chair, and stand up. Repeat this 10x. This is important because it helps your blood flow to all muscle groups in your blood and elevates your heart rate, preparing you for the game.

3. Actual Stretches:

* Middle body rotation: Stand with feet shoulder distance apart. Hold a golf on your shoulders, place forearms on each end. Slightly bend knees and lean forward, then swing body so that each golf end is right before you at each turn. Repeat swings 15x.
* Arm swing: Hold out arms straight while standing up straight. Swing your arms across your front, repeat this move for about half a minute.
* Side Bend: Stand with feet shoulder distance apart. Place the golf on your shoulders once again. Lean to either the left or right side while keeping back straight. Hold this position for 2 seconds and then lean to the other side. Repeat 10x for each side.
* Shoulder Stretch: Stand with feet shoulder distance apart and place both your hands at the end of an upright club. Lean forward, but keep your back flat, stop when you feel a stretch in your shoulders. Hold position for 10 sec. Repeat 3x.
* Leg Swing: Stand with feet shoulder distance apart. Stand up straight and swing one leg forwards and backwards, keeping your upper body and other leg still. Repeat 10x for each leg.
* Toe Touch: Stand with feet spread apart as far as you can without feeling uncomfortable. Stretch forward as if to reach one foot, as far as is comfortable, then do the same for the other foot w/ the opposite hand. So if touching right toe, use left hand, etc. Make this a continuous movement and do it for about 20sec. (do not perform this stretch if you have back pain!)
* Wrist Extension: Stand straight and extend your right arm out in front of you. Use your left hand to pull back your right fingers towards you until you feel a stretch. Hold this stretch for 10 sec. and repeat 2x for each wrist.
* Weighted Club Swings: Use a weighted club and swing 10 times without stopping for each swing. Make these motions continuous.

4. Practicing Swings: Now practice your swings for about 2 or 3 minutes, using any swinging techniques you like. Do not use a weighted club at this point, just a regular one.

That’s it! Just remember to take about 2 minutes to catch your breath after completing this warm-up before you tee-off. And keep with it, those sun rays you get when golfing outside are great for your health because they provide you with Vitamin D (as long as you avoid sunburn).

Cheap Golf Shoes – How To Buy Quality Discount Golf Shoes

Posted by admin on 23 Febrero 2010

Cheap Golf Shoes can be better than some of the most expensive golf shoes. More than likely when buying a golf shoe, most people will purchase a brand name. Well known brands will obviously cost more because of marketing and advertising. These, however may not be the ‘best’ to buy. Just because a brand has been around awhile, does not necessarily make them the best, especially when you want discount.

Take a close look at golf as an industry. Most golfers wear a regular traditional ‘work’ or ‘dress’ shoe to play golf. The are made of leather and look more like something you wear to work, than a regular athletic sneaker. Try to imagine playing basketball in something like this. Impossible right? That is because there is little flexibility to a traditional golf shoe. Take a basketball sneaker in your hand, and it will bend and fold easier. There is ‘less feel’ to a traditional golf shoe and represents a box type instead of an athletic sneaker like in most other sports.

Most golfers would be better off finding a less expensive ‘cheap’ golf shoe that would contour with the ground much easier. By being able to ‘feel’ the ground, you will be able to allow your body to contour with the variations on the golf course to hit a variety of golf shots more effectively. Golf also is a sport, and needs to be played with the greatest flexibility possible. Traditional golf shoes do not offer that option.

Be sure when looking to buy, that it must also have ridged edges on the bottom for traction. This could also include soft spikes made from hard plastic or rubber. The shoe top should be a ’soft leather’ or mesh top to allow the greatest flexibility when walking. Comfort and feel should be your best judge.

The best place to shop would be online. Look at eBay or Amazon. Also do a search in Google or yahoo. Research is the best option here. Also be sure to check your local Sunday newspapers, and fliers at your local sporting goods stores. When you golf, visit the pro shop for other options. Lastly, plan ahead. When you see your golf shoe start to deteriorate, begin your search. This will give you plenty of time.

Durability and strength are also important components in your buying decisions. For example ‘boat shoes’ would be great to play golf in. They are lightweight, flexible, and very comfortable. They are not durable however, when you twist and turn you will start to compromise the shoe and it may tear or rip. So find the best trade off between comfort and feel, vs. strength and durability and you will be very happy with your new feel.

Gwaa Refuses To Participate In Tiger Public Statement

Posted by admin on 18 Febrero 2010

Tiger Woods will make public statement, then at that time some friends and some colleagues will take part in the press conference. However, The Golf Writers Association of America(GWAA) voted to refuse to participate it .

The Board of Directors of the Golf Writers Association of America voted overwhelming Thursday not to participate as pool reporters today when Tiger issues his first public statement in nearly three months.

“I cannot stress how strongly our board felt that this should be open to all media and also for the opportunity to question Woods,” said Vartan Kupelian, president of the 950-member group.

“The position, simply put, is all or none. This is a major story of international scope. To limit the ability of journalists to attend, listen, see and question Woods goes against the grain of everything we believe.”

The GWAA also believes strongly that its presence, without the ability to ask question, gives credibility to an event that isn’t worthy of it. If it is us who just use cheap golf clubs ,

we don’t need press conference when we made mistakes.

The vote reflected the sentiment. Nineteen voted for the proposal to protest by boycotting the proceedings. There were four votes against the proposal and three abstentions.

Woods’ camp originally made available three pool reporter positions for today’s statement by Woods, during which he is expected to offer his apologies for what he described on his website as “transgressions.”

a joke:Blondie at the airport

A blonde was on her way to the airport until she saw a sign that said the airport left…

So she turned around and went home…

Why Is Golf Not More Popular In Italy?

Posted by admin on 16 Febrero 2010

Why is it that golf is not such a big hit in Italy? This is the kind of pleasantly perplexing question that might float into one’s mind while enjoying a walk in the rolling green hills of north Lazio, Tuscany or Umbria or while relaxing on the beach under a clear blue summer sky.

It is not to say that golf is not played in Italy or that good golf courses are not to be found. Less than an hour’s drive north of Rome Fiumicino airport, set in beautiful green countryside and a short distance from the sea, the golf course at Tarquinia country club is a fine example of what Italy has to offer golfers.

However the sport doesn’t seem to enjoy the same popularity it does elsewhere as in the British Isles for example. A quick internet search for golf courses in Italy revealed just 12 courses in the Lazio region, an area with a population of over 5 million inhabitants. A similar search for courses in Ireland, an area with a similar population, revealed hundreds of courses.

So can this be interpreted as a lack of enthusiasm for the sport amongst Italian people? Could it be due to some difference in temperament or the national psyche? Amongst their many qualities Italians are not noted for their patience and the several hours it requires to complete a round of golf may be just stretching their ability to stroll about in a calm and leisurely manner for an extended period of time. Golf is widely considered to be a relaxing sport and so could it be that excitable Italians prefer high tempo sports to ones designed for relaxation? Or is it that Italians are already sufficiently relaxed so as to not have need of a sport to help them unwind?

Some possible explanations could be loosely grouped under a social/economic heading. In countries where golf is established it tends to be widely used as a means of building social and business contacts. Italy is a country with respect for traditions and with a longer history of advanced culture than most. It should come as no surprise therefore that highly developed social customs, evolved down through the ages, are unlikely to give way overnight to modern day habits.

Italy is also quite a densely populated country and with the importance of agriculture there is a great deal of pressure on whatever free land is available to produce the substantial amount of olives, grapes and tomatoes required.

Also noteworthy is that many of the countries where golf has flourished depend to a large extent on tourism. These countries were prepared to invest large amounts in courses and other facilities in order to reap the returns generated by the additional holidaymakers attracted. Tourism also plays a large role in the Italian economy however people planning a vacation in Italy are generally more interested in the unrivalled cultural patrimony, architecture and vast array of priceless artworks on display in cities from Rome to Florence, Siena and Venice to name but a few.

In concluding, it is difficult to identify one single reason why golf is not more popular in Italy but it is likely that some combination of the aforementioned factors has contributed to a slower take-up of golf in Italy than in other countries.

The good news for golf lovers planning to visit Italy on holiday or business is that good courses are to be found. For those arriving at either of Rome’s international airports the course at Tarquinia country club offers wonderful panoramic views of the beautiful Maremma region while also enjoying the benefits of being close to the seaside.
